evan Member	# Reply Australia Signs uses Smart FTP (File Transfer Protocol) to receive large artwork file from anywhere throughout Australia and sometimes even worldwide. We find is the best for our work as it is very quick, easy to use and can be downloaded easily.
evan Member	# Reply How do I set up Smart FTP? When your job has been quoted and the artwork is required to go ahead with the job the staff at Australia Signs will supply the FTP details to you via email. These details are not supplied on the website for privacy reasons.
evan Member	# Reply *Where do i download Smart FTP?* You can download Smart FTP from here www.smartftp.com/download Simply click on the download link that best suits your computer specifications and the download will start.
artdept Member	# Reply - Edited by: artdept We recommend that customers use this program as you can talk directly with our severs. If you're new to FTP protocols, you can upload files into folders we make for you and get to previous jobs etc. FTP is much faster than email for large sizes and can be worldwide. Once you have downloaded and INSTALLED Smart FTP, call the graphic designers at Australia Signs. We do not offer installation help. Each computer is different with different settings etc. Please do not ask for installation help. Refer to Smart FTP site. It is easy to do from their instructions.
artdept Member	# Reply With FTP you can.. With FTP you can send original files in layers, eps, ai, cdr, jpeg, gif, Word, Acrobat, Illustrator, CorelDraw, Photoshop and any other file format. Note: We are PC based for all machinery, if you are operating in a Mac environment, Please use Fetch by Softworks. Save any Mac files with out file author, job description or any project details hidden inside the documents properties.
